At Nelson & Neilson LLC, we use a multi-step process to determine valuation, starting with multiplying your EBIDTA or SDE by an industry-specific multiple. We also consider other critical factors such as market data, competitors, assets, and intangible data about unique assets. During this phase, our team carefully analyzes and verifies data to support the company's valuation. As a business owner, you can present any additional data that supports the valuation. While not every business that starts the discovery phase makes it to completion, we're proud to say that half of them do. Phase 3:  Making an Offer

If you accept our offer, we can move forward with closing within weeks, sometimes even days, rather than months. Our goal is to make the process as seamless and efficient as possible for you.
